Got this as a webcam light for work calls as my setup had a back/side light. The capacitive touch controls work great and I use the brightness and temperature settings consistently throughout the day when the sun is moving. The lamp also remembers your last settings, even if you turn it off, as long as it stays connected to the network. The surface of the lamp does not get hot, so you can move it when it is on. The arm features an incredible construction that feels sturdy yet soft to the touch. Don't expect a full-spectrum LED panel like these fancy seasonal depression lights. My skin gets a slight red tinge from the light in my webcam, but it's no big deal. There are just a few minor downsides: 1. The horizontal screw doesn't have enough leverage to turn the train, so expect the lever to turn easily. 2. The power connection is a little weak. I would have preferred a larger case and right angle plug so I don't have to worry about it snapping against the wall. I'm very impressed and glad I found this in place of the nifty USB powered LED light bulb.
