I bought this because the engine vacuum can tell a lot about the engine. I got this one on purpose because it was an automatic counter created by an automatic sensor, their budget line. The automatic gauge does not have a premium vacuum gauge. The downside of being labeled as an auto gauge is that it matches other auto gauges, it measures 2 inches instead of 2 1/16 inches. It sucks a bit because I'm replacing my factory sensor cluster with all new sensors on a custom sheet of steel. I'm just glad I haven't drilled the sensor holes yet. By the way, it's not in the description. that it's a 2" sensor and it really should be. I'm a little disappointed with the lack of information on this list. Beyond that, it needs to be an accurate sensor that tells me I have my lead foot and from time to time Time has to take a step back Use a good black rubber hose of course for pressure gauges Clear hoses are always plugged in high vacuum.
