I have numerous orthopedic problems that have led to several surgeries recently; Spinal fusion and total knee replacement are the most recent. After a knee replacement, learning to walk properly "woke up" muscles that hadn't been used for years, resulting in severe aches and pains that weren't relieved by medication. I've tried baths, tennis balls, rolling pins, self-massage and so on. I finally found this gem and at this price I said "Oh my god!". BEST BUY. Serious. It has helped my leg muscles, sacroiliac joint, hip joint and even helped break down scar tissue from a knee replacement. My husband uses it on his neck.
