Very soft yet supportive, very well made in the USA (from imported materials). When I first opened the package there was a very very slight odor but after airing them indoors for a couple of hours they were completely rid of the odor and were ready to go. They're plush and a bit soft, but comfortably supportive. And unlike some others I've had with poly fill, they're completely silent. That way I don't hear the rustling under my head when I put my head on it. The PE filling spreads evenly from corner to corner, and while I don't expect them to last forever, they feel like an "old school" hotel. Quality pillows, not the cheaper ones that are filled with lumps of foam that clump up inside and become unsightly after a few months of use. The outer sleeves are 400 80% cotton/20% polyester and are also very smooth (and slide easily into the sleeves). ). The seams all around are perfect and tight. Although not machine washable, the covers can be made stain free with a mild detergent. Overall, I love them for their softness and gentle support. They are very well made and the full size fills my pillowcases without too much fuss or fluff. They look great, feel great and stay cooler than my thicker memory foam pillows. I also appreciate that they weren't vacuum packed and take hours to "breathe" into shape. So, after just under an hour of airing (I'm guessing a slight odor coming from the packing bag), they were ready to go. These are the winners.
