I have used baby foot scrubs in the past but gave this one a try because it was a lot cheaper and the reviews were good. I would say the booties aren't that pretty - the plastic is thinner, they don't taper or rise to the ankle which doesn't affect how well they work, but I did have liquid seeping in and out of the top with you. Next time I cut them open I don't cut the entire length of the boots so I have some free space over my foot. With them and a baby foot I put on boots, put on thick heavy hiking socks and let them sit for 2+ hours. I felt like my legs started peeling earlier with them and the peeling generally wrapped up earlier. The only downside is that I don't feel like there is much dead skin on my heels, although this time my heels may have been worse than ever. But that was just one spot, the worst, thickest part of my heel that didn't seem to peel off as thoroughly as a child's foot. But for the price? I can anoint this place with a pumice stone. Definitely recommend trying it.
