Little to no hold at all, wish it weren't advertised as such. I slicc my hair back into a pompadour, no way could I use this product alone. Messier or looser hairstyles that don't require a lot of maintenance could benefit using this, if you like a healthy shine as well. It works well as a prestyler though, so I still have some use for it. Not a big fan, but I appreciate it for what it is.
