Thick, stretchy material. I'm 5'3, 140 lbs, 29" waist and 36" tall. It fits perfectly. I would say it would take at least a B cup to fill the top. I'll barely fill it in, I'll be in a bra. The waist area is quite sheer, but the fabric is still tight. I put on a petticoat to raise the hem a bit, otherwise it would just fall off by gravity. I'm only taking off a star because there is a small hole in the chest. It's not noticeable unless you're looking for it, and it doesn't bother me, but it's there.
