Removes makeup, but...
This wipe will definitely remove all makeup, whether you use waterproof or other makeup. My only complaint is that the napkins are made out of a very rough paper-like material. Also, it is saturated with oil, which makes it difficult to use wipes directly on the face. Use it by squeezing the oil onto your hand and applying it to your face. The paper is too rough for my skin and won't remove makeup because the paper is so rough.
