Revane had this set at a great price for Halloween! This is a great family makeup kit for any type of makeup (from butterfly to monster and clown). I also like what is made in the USA. My 5 year old son was a Halloween ghost and this makeup gave great coverage and was easy to apply. The make-up came off easily in the evening. We bought this set for Halloween and zombie makeup. For the most part the set was very useful and my daughter really enjoyed using it and even used it after Halloween just for fun. The only issue we had was that the tooth wax was too difficult to remove from the kit and use which was a little disappointing. Otherwise very helpful and was sent quickly.

Bought this and some liquid latex to try out bloody special effects from scratch this Halloween. I've never tried it, but I didn't want to invest too much either. The photos I've attached are the effects I created. The skin-ripping look is toilet paper and liquid latex, but it's the makeup that makes it impressive. Come on. Decent value for money with all you get. But you get what you pay for and this is one of those cases. Red stain. My daughter walks around looking like a raised strawberry for 2 days using red.

Great set. Good color palette, creamy makeup, perfect for large areas, the fake blood tube is an amazingly rich color and not very runny, and my favorite part is the "scary skin": it's a really weird sticky/fibrous substance, pliable like super soft Tone, and Fair skin tone. I used spooky skin to smooth the edges of a fake wound I bought and it worked great. I was able to use this costume set for me and my girlfriend and there are many materials to use again next year. including blood capsules!

So far I've used vampire blood, crayons, paints, glitter and everything works as it should. This went on all night (4 hours for me and my 4 year old daughter). The only downside is the vampire blood I got wasn't the same as the picture, it had a screw top and a wide big hole so it was harder to get the vampire drops to the side of my mouth than if i got the one pictured here if i had a pointed tip it would be easier but i got it working anyway and next time i use the blood pods and cut off the…

Used this for two parties this year. One was a Bloody Mary and the other a reaper. I really like the set, everything is easy to wash off. My only complaint is that the end of the sponge didn't stick well in the paint palette. I could get it wrong, and it's easy enough to use the end of the brush on the end of the sponge, which doesn't work. I definitely recommend this set. Just be ready to improvise if the spongy end doesn't hold up.
