They are solid, not flimsy. I've been using the derma needle system with vitamin C serum and Retinol afterward for three weeks. I started with .3mm needle and have increased needle size every couple weeks. Having the three different needle sizes is perfect for this. I am up to 1.5mm now which is my target for acne scars.

This is a great value, I've purchased derma rollers in the past that were dull and the needles were to thick at a greater cost. This set is a good quality with direction for users.

Rollers are solidly made and packaged well with disinfecting directions included. Although the cases are marked with the different sizes the rollers themselves aren't marked. I haven't used them long enough to know how well they work.

I struggle with bad acne scars. These help a great deal with lightening and even getting rid of them. Make sure to be careful and not go straight to the longest length one because you can worsen your scars by doing so. Start on the short one. Do this every two weeks then after two months go up a size for best results

The 0.5mm roller went off track and stopped rolling freely after only a few uses. The others are fine for now, but have only been used a couple times each. At this price point I wasn't expecting exceptional durability, but I didn't even get to 10 uses before it began to fail.

I bought the 3pack knowing I was only gonna use the 1.5mm, so after reading some of the reviews I took a hammer and cracked open the 0.5mm and yup, sure enough, this product is 100% percent not a micro needle dermaroller. These are tiny saw like blades with 100s of sharp little triangular edges. Dangerous and I’m shocked they can sell it as advertised. Do not purchase and see picture for proof.

Good all around roller set for face and hairline. Seems to be high quality. Arrived fast and were individually packaged and sealed. No bent needles. Easy to clean and maintain with isopropyl.

Like other reviewers have stated these are dangerous and not micro needles, they’re blades. I bought a set in 2021 and those were needles, I bought another set recently and these are completely different; I assume they changed their manufacturing process.
