Good to have the different sizes to adjust.

They are solid, not flimsy. I've been using the derma needle system with vitamin C serum and Retinol afterward for three weeks. I started with .3mm needle and have increased needle size every couple weeks. Having the three different needle sizes is perfect for this. I am up to 1.5mm now which is my target for acne scars.

Pros

I have used for a few weeks, already noticed a difference in my facial scars!

Cons

The product may not be durable and may need frequent replacement
