Good service and seller communication

Update: Changing rating for promt services: asked for replacement and got it within two days. Seller also contacted after seeing the review to resolve issues. Replaced product has the control bar and is sealed. Brush seems to be of good material and very useful for curly hair. previous review: box seemed opened and the tool needed to keep the brush in place is missing. There are two adjustment options - I can use none as I did not get the tool.
