Imagine you are using a towel: you take the towel by the two outer corners, wrap it around your back and pull it across your back from right to left, around to dry it. You know what it's like (I'm guessing it's cotton or cotton terry). When you do this with this towel, does it stick or grind or something. It doesn't slip on your skin like a regular towel. It stops and starts, its use is annoying. I use it as a gym towel and every time I use it it just gets so annoying and I thought for a long time that I had to give a review on it. Best thing I can say about this towel, once the towel gets wet it dries quickly. If your main reason for buying a towel is the speed at which it dries, then this is the towel for you. For all other towel applications I would not recommend this towel.
