Adult acne is worse than teenagers. I use 4 different products. I use a charcoal/sugar black scrub, a Truffiore facial scrub (twice a week), this tonic and a facial moisturizer (Beauty by Earth). I can say that this product keeps my face clean and helps close my pores before I apply my moisturizer. My face feels fresh after application and definitely not dry. The key to using multiple products is patience. Allow the products to dry and install as needed. Using this product in just two weeks has almost completely cleared my face. The only problem is the black and white heads, which are slowly but LIKELY going away. But a face without pimples and red spots everywhere is a real win for me. I use this product at least twice a day. I use cotton pads to apply and wipe away dirt, dead skin, and chemicals that may be in the water. I think this product is an absolute must and when used correctly and PATIENTLY there is nothing else like it.
