I could rent it but why not
You can rent them at most auto parts stores. I needed at least twice so I bought a set. In general, I don't regret the time saved when braking. The hooks were a big bonus. They come in handy for brakes even though I don't need a compression tool. Easy to use, bi-directional, many options in the package and finally a good storage box.
