Review on Cinereplicas Harry Potter Necktie Gryffindor by Jeremy Carpenter

Excellent quality but one important detail is wrong

Excellent quality tie. Probably the same material as the fleece version, but it seems to me that it's quite different. The color fidelity is better than with the non-woven variant: the stripes appear silverier in this variant than the whitish ones in the regular non-woven variant. The Ravenclaw crest is beautifully woven so there is a color difference to the non-woven version, but I like this version better visually. One of the main issues I have with this version is that the movie doesn't repeat. binds in a key detail, the direction of the stripe. The action takes place in Great Britain, and all Hogwarts student ties have European style rep stripes, meaning the stripes run from the wearer's left shoulder to the wearer's. right waist. The non-woven version correctly reflects this detail. However, this version uses an American-style grosgrain ribbon that runs in the opposite direction. It's okay not to get bogged down in such details, but for detail-oriented people, this can be a deciding factor. All in all this is a very good quality tie. I could imagine working in it if it weren't for the coat of arms underneath. Although I could wear it under a vest or sweater. detail oriented, this can be the deciding factor.
