Bought for my son in 5th grade for his achievement. Whoever came up with the idea of using a zipper to put on a tie is very clever. It is very easy to put on and my son was able to take it off by himself. A very clever idea.

The tie arrived torn. The package already had someone else's return label on it. Someone has already returned this damaged item and it has been reshipped. It was for an event and I didn't have time to order another tie.

The nice fabric and the zip to adjust the tightness at the neck worked well. But the length of a tie is fixed and cannot be lengthened. It was basically too short for my 11 year old who is almost 5ft tall. Will have to return.

I'm the right size for the length but it doesn't fit snug enough around the neck so it hangs loose. I also don't know if the zipper unzips when wearing it or if my son unzips it, but when I look at it, the zipper is always slightly unzipped. Although I like the color and the material.

this is a great tie for 12-14 year olds. Colors correspond to the picture. Only 4 stars because I have a feeling the zipper will break soon and there is no definite way to fix it. So be extra careful with it so this doesn't happen.
