When I bought the tie it arrived quickly and in a nice plastic holder. This is a child's tie, so not too thick. Turns out he was fine. It fits true to size. I had to cut it off my son's neck to keep him from choking. Uber was difficult to remove in the way it was intended, and frankly, he didn't have time to figure it out. There's a plastic fastener that works like a zip tie to make it more secure, but the release button is hidden.

First, the tie was much shorter than advertised. We have 15 inches and it was barely 13 inches. It's made of a very cheap and thin fabric that looks like viscose and it's really flimsy and not pretty at all! At that price I should have known!
