When I bought the tie it arrived quickly and in a nice plastic holder. This is a child's tie, so not too thick. Turns out he was fine. It fits true to size. That night, when we had to carry it to the orchestra's concert, the problems arose. We put on a tie and everything was fine. We tried it on and took it off to adjust and the zipper broke. We couldn't get it to work. Unfortunately the description says a child can make this tie, I disagree that you have to zip and unzip very carefully or it will snag and then come off course.
