These are well made, attractive blocks. I bought these to replace my old track lights in the kitchen. However, older units have a higher rotational strain. I didn't discover this until I had my new H-rail fully installed. This can be fixed by rotating the new H-rail 180 degrees. My suggestion, especially if you are cutting a custom length track and/or powering one end or the other, attach one of these lights to the track and make sure you have the head rotation you need to *for * H- perfect to lead. Installation instructions on the wall or ceiling. For a while the stair work was enough for me and I will live with them as they are. Otherwise they work and look good.
