READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. I wasn't sure if it would stick to my Victorinox Pioneer Alox knife as the surface is knurled aluminum. However, I read the instructions and cleaned it up, taped it down and actually used some clips to hold it in place for the FULL 72 HOURS of curing before fiddling with it. The clamp is really tight there. It seems like I could take it off if I really tried, but for normal use I don't see it breaking out anytime soon. I carry it in my bag and have been using it for a few weeks now and nothing has changed. The clip keeps the knife in the pocket perfectly, but I think that with the right "push" it will slip out and let go. I fixed this by attaching rubberized heat shrink tubing (designed for wires) to the clamp arm. This solved that problem and made the clip a little less noticeable compared to the original bright glossy finish. Time will tell I guess but so far I'm happy with this product.
