Bad Flicker: Lightbulbs
Lightbulbs don't flicker well at 110VAC in our country home. At a voltage of 120 volts in the city, they flicker less, but there is still flicker. And they are NOT on dimmers, just regular toggle switches. And used as vanity lighting. return for refund
