So I accidentally ordered them too small. I ordered a small but I really needed a medium. The small size was too tight for my sensitive knees and as my thighs are thick the top of the sleeves were too tight. I contacted ProFitness directly for the leaflet and they sent me a new pair free of charge. This alone exceeded all my expectations. The person I spoke to was very nice and they sent my replacement the same day. As for the item itself, I am very satisfied. I like the gray colors, the material is smooth and doesn't itch, and the top of the sleeves has what looks like rubber dots on the inside to keep the sleeves from rolling and sliding down. They have a slight chemical odor but washing will help. I hand washed it to avoid damaging the material. The compression ratio is perfect. I bought mine to help circulation with varicose veins that appear very weak on the backs of my knees. They also helped with the development. Compression helps with knee pain and also helps with pinched veins due to vein problems. All in all the price is great, the material is great quality and they do exactly what they are supposed to do. In addition, the company is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.
