Overall I like my tablet, I like crisp clear graphics when watching movies and a big screen for reading or surfing the web. But it fails on a few key issues. I definitely needed a case as it was too hard to hold onto without accidentally accessing the touchscreen app. I went through 3 cases before finding one that allowed easy access to the unconventional back and home buttons. It comes with too much malware: apps from Revain, Google, and Samsung, some of which have the same purpose. And like other devices, there are apps that cannot be uninstalled. I put in a memory card to free up space, but you can only save media and not apps, which is another disappointment. The sound quality is another disappointment, I tried different earbuds and headphones but the sound was still muffled. I need to turn the volume up past the redline. What surprises me the most is the limited ability to play action or real-time games, the tablet just can't handle it, slows down or freezes. If your tablet needs to surf the Internet and watch series, then this tablet will make you happy. Charges quickly and holds a charge well.
