Tried several different file formats at the request of the supplier. Keeps going and only 1 person has ever contacted me. The person who contacted me told me I need to use stl. It was a joke when they said it. So the service of the product is very bad. The product looked nice, felt good, smelled good, but wasn't pleasant.
