All kitchens, whether professional or domestic, need a good knife. This one is perfect. Before purchasing I read all the reviews for this knife and many other brand reviews and decided this knife is for you. Feels good in the hand and is well balanced. Each of my kids got them as gifts because they wouldn't normally buy them for themselves.
