I work remotely a lot with my 14 inch Dell laptop. However, I have two 27" monitors in my home office. So I'm used to working with two large monitors. Performance and was a disappointment. So I needed something to put in my book bag. I bought this a few ago Months ago and used it about 6 times. First let me say the customer service is outstanding! I was very impressed. In the box I received a free gift certificate for a nice monitor stand (grey). It's great! Thanks!! !However, there is it doesn't have a protective case for the front of the screen so handle it very carefully, I could see where the front of the monitor could easily break or scratch, however I like to keep my laptop up on a drawer while I work and I use the full size keyboard when I need to type a lot, so I needed a monitor stand to elevate the additional monitor.Image quality and brightness match fully consistent with my duties. Mostly word processing and email. It's not as bright as my Dell laptop screen, but it suits me. The cable connectors (HDMI cable for signal and USB-C cable for power) in the bottom corner of the second monitor are a little flimsy, as are the buttons next to it. Be very careful when holding the monitor when connecting cables. You should also dress up both of your cables so they look good and don't get in the way of your work. Cable included! In general, today I am satisfied with the monitor. The addition of this new monitor stand will make things even better. I would buy this again.
