The photo cards you are using have a significant impact on the quality and colors. Keep in mind that there are cards with filters like LO-FI, black and white, and more! It's usual for some cards to still have a thin black line at the top at the top edge of the image. Additionally, ALWAYS check the cards' manufacture date because they have an expiration date! Otherwise, there's a chance all you'll receive is a bunch of white or black rectangles. Batteries should last for 30 to 40 shots, however this also depends on the batteries you use. I advise bringing a mini-album for cards to the camera right away.
