Great for the price!

We got this dressing table for our 6 year old (now 7) for Christmas. The build was pretty easy, except for the bench (I'll make a note on that at the end). The instructions were easy to follow and overall they seem to be of pretty good quality. When she saw him at Christmas, she was beside herself with excitement. It's a beautiful dressing table, simple enough that she can use it even when she's old. She's in the princess phase, always getting her nails done, wearing tiaras and bows. Her grandparents even provided her with kid-friendly makeup kits so she paints her face while dressing up. I waited about a month to write a review to see if it helps and it still looks good. High quality metal and great price. No complaints in that area NOW ON MY ONLY NEGATIVE LABEL: Bench. I wouldn't even say it's a minus, it just didn't match the simplicity of most assembly. The seat is a piece of wood with padding on top covered in fabric. You will need to screw the metal frame of the bench to the bottom of the tree to finish the bench. HOWEVER, there are no special places in the tree for these screws. It's just a solid plate, no holes, grooves etc to align the screws. I didn't have any power tools with me, so I had to mark where they lined up and then use a knife to gouge out those starting points. Then I unscrewed each slot a little, removed the screws and finally attached it to the bench. Mostly I had to do this because there wasn't enough room for the lever when the wooden seat was aligned with the bench frame. This part took as much time as the rest of the installation. Not the end of the world, just be prepared to spend extra time/effort for easy monitoring by manufacturers.
