I have Shimano 10.5 (45) shoes which I was hoping to change to a size 10.5 but unfortunately they are one size smaller which means theirs 10.5 is actually 44. I go back them for size 11 (which is actually 45). These shoes are NARROW so be careful. I have narrow feet so that shouldn't be a problem, but if you have medium or wide feet you'll probably find them too narrow. I prefer well fitting (narrow) riding shoes as they wrap around my foot and reduce movement (friction) and therefore the possibility of blisters. Another problem with these displays is that the top wire/rope tends to cut off circulation, so the sole of the shoe is well tightened. The tongue has little to no padding, and the top wire bites the foot. For this reason I give these shoes 3 stars. They are also ventilated and fit well.
