Review on A-Plan by Tim Harrington

The layout of tasks, subtasks as well as subtask lists has some very nice features which facilitate managing large project plans with many different stakeholders over multiple timeframes! I would have liked more customization options at least regarding templates for reports etc., especially if you use this tool across other systems such as Outlook or Jira (which we do not).

We needed an efficient collaborative planning environment within our organization - using cloud tools did help us achieve this goal quite effectively by allowing all teams involved to work together without having access to each others' PCs/devices directly via VPN connection as required when working from local desktop computers; however it didn't support mobile devices very efficiently, so there were still times where one person was away from their PC and unable to see what everyone else had been doing until coming back online again later. There are several benefits related mainly how much easier communication becomes between team members.
