useless, no instructions how to connect and too complicated.

Unusable. I have no idea if it will work or not because there are no instructions for this model in the kit. Instructions for any other model that they make. The tech support is also useless. They responded to an email inquiry without answering my question. Very angry. I went online except that I don't have an electrical engineering degree and I'm not a professional installer , so they are confusing and don't address how this needs to be wired to work with my subwoofer output on my amp.
