The white gold plating is very thin and will wear down to a metal ring that looks like copper.
This ring was beautiful at first. Although now, at least a month into daily wear, I am very disappointed. I thought it was white gold plated with silver, must have been wrong as it looks like copper. The white gold plating must have been very thin to wear off so quickly. So not happy. But that's what I get when I buy a cheap ring.
