I like the product but I ordered and received it too small so they sent me another one but also got the same average size after asking for a big one so make sure that you order a large enough one. My dog is part Chihuahua and Jack Russell mix. So the area was too small. I wrote to Revane that I have to send it back. They also sent another carrier. What they say will refund my money when they send the item back and give me enough time to send it back. I pray I get a great one this time when I put the letter back. We will see.
