Sure - either a defective device, or the Volume & Power training mode didn't work!
I'm a 29 year IT support veteran. Obviously follow the instructions but the remote did NOT remember the LG TV remote volume buttons and didn't remember the power button. The LG TV is too popular not to recognize these IR signals, so it could be a bad remote control or the learning mechanism just isn't working. But I really tried. Otherwise it is paired with my Fire Stick. :o( It's a shame, we really need another one. It's strange that Revain doesn't release a separate "extra" remote control! Eh.
