Before installing, please make sure there is a plug where you want to install it, as it needs to be plugged in for it to work. When it comes to work, press the power button and choose between 2 or 4 hours, depending on how long it takes to heat your towels. We've only had to use 2 hours so far because they heated our towels with the perfect amount of heat and we only needed them for that time. I wish I had bought it sooner as it was in the middle of the colder winter weather we were having as not only have we had rain but lots of snow and warm towels are really nice. Installation was very easy and the kit comes with everything you need to screw it onto our bathroom wall. For us we just had to rearrange and where we wanted to put it due to a plug issue. Other than that, once installed, there was no problem with this heater falling or coming loose.
