Review on Space Grey Bowers & Wilkins PI3 Wireless In-Ear Headphones by Amphai Sangchang ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent product, the best quality.

I really like the sound in them, but unfortunately my two copies have both died. Perhaps my third try will be more fruitful (no, you're not crazy). Being no audiophile, I had to settle with listening on my phone (1+ 7pro).

Pros
  • Sound quality is outstanding, as has been stated numerous times. Before that, I had RHA T20i plugs wired in (it was a long time ago), but after I got a Raspberry Pi 3, the RHA T20i sat unused (and the top is cut off there). This music is worth the price of admission—whether it's $200 or $300. (The sound quality exceeds that of my own VMODA crossfade 2, and that was really high) The plugs are constructed as a single unit. Provide complete assurance that they won't be crushed by the tank. Time will tell if the bezel holds up, though. The whole ear cushions are constructed of premium silicone, which is a nice touch. Very light and comfortable in the ear Appear costly and affluent
Cons
  • 1.This is the most annoying aspect of these headphones so far. After only three days of use, the regular operation of the left earpiece abruptly ceased (mostly at home because I listen to music in the car on the street). They started to lose the audio (?) in it. And then, suddenly, the room went dead silent. I took them back because I didn't want to be limited to listening to music through just one earbud. They promised to let us know their decision on refunds, exchanges, etc. after the diagnosis was made. But, after listening for just a few minutes with these headphones, I knew I had to have the same type, so rather than wait the store's standard 20 days to react, I placed my order right away. Nothing occurred to the second set after three days of use, and they are still functioning flawlessly. And while I was already convinced of the validity of the marriage of the first copy, it was only after three weeks of using the second copy that the right earpiece died in the exact same way. As soon as the results of the diagnostics are in, however, I will be placing another order (the money was returned for the first copy). Secondly, the control buttons are squeezed very tightly, making them uncomfortable to the touch. 3. The complete bag for the headphones is very small, making it awkward and potentially unsettling to store the headphones there (I was afraid to bend the rim like that)
