I was looking for a lightweight training/home pant and these pants are just what I needed. The material is a lightweight cotton-polyester blend that is comfortable to the touch. The pants themselves are comfortable and functional, with two front pockets. The size chart is correct - I wear a size 34 waisted and the large fits me perfectly. I can't currently vouch for their durability but I have a few Skechers in my closet and they are all great quality. Overall these are comfortable, well tailored, lightweight lounge pants and I would recommend them.
