Not bad. Nothing special.
I own four other poles purchased at random places. All are bent or broken. They all have a maximum thickness of 40 mills per my calipers. Some also have a minimum thickness of approximately 35 mills. This new one claims to be extra strong. It has a maximum thickness of 40 mills and minimum thickness of 30 mills, per my calipers. Unless the aluminum is a different alloy, I don’t see how it can be more durable than an average pole.
