The system integrates directly with our CRM and makes it easy to search and find candidates in one place. The notifications for candidate availability are very useful too, as well as the ability to send multiple emails at once.The reports feature could be improved by making them more customizable. I would also like to see integrations added so we can pull data from other systems to make it easier for recruiters to use. This has allowed us to cut down on time spent searching for candidates. Our clients have been happy too, which is always nice! I like that you can create unlimited campaigns with different target groups, which allows me to test many things at once without having to make too much changes after each campaign run. It's sometimes difficult to find out what exactly went wrong in your reports - it would be great if there were some sort of dashboard or overview where we could see all our KPIs from one point. The fact that my team now has more time for client meetings since they don't have so much work during office hours anymore.
