I got this Puroma Cabin Filter with Activated Carbon Filter to replace the regular Mazda OEM filter in my car. I used to have activated carbon filters and really liked them. This one was a lot cheaper but works the same way. i really like it I even bought a second one for my wife's car. Here are the pros and cons I've listed for this filter. Advantages: 1) It is good at eliminating unwanted odors from the outside and keeping the air inside fresh. 2) Fit and done. Fits the same as the OEM filter and has all the same design features (except for the markings).3) The filter material feels the same as the OEM filter. And it attaches to the plastic frame just like the OEM 4) Very easy installation. Take out the old one and put in the new one. There is one small catch that brings me to my only downside. A small minus: 1) There is no mark on the new Puroma filter. You need to make sure the plastic tab on the front of the filter is facing down when installing the Puroma filter (see the picture I uploaded). The OEM has imprinted airflow direction arrows on the side and front. Puroma also had to do this (pictures are also attached). Again just a minor issue but worth mentioning. Overall I am very satisfied and will definitely buy again.
