They came in a mixed bag, further instructions or ways of wearing could have been added. My main complaint is that I bought these for my teenager who is not yet old enough for a real piercing, but after a few days of wearing the nose piece it developed a large mark which was on the ring. There is now a huge scar on my daughter's young, flawless face.
