The first pair of arthritis gloves I bought ripped at the seam when putting them on (competitor) and after that experience I didn't want to buy another pair. Luckily, I decided to try these out. I have to admit my expectations were low but these gloves are AMAZING! For several months I would wake up every morning with the finger next to the little finger on my right hand curling into a claw and it was very painful to straighten. When my middle finger joined the claw, I knew I had to do something. Bought these gloves based on the reviews. I put on the correct glove the night they arrived and the next morning my fingers were straight, didn't need straightening and were significantly less painful! I just loved it, as did my wife! I've been wearing the glove every night since then and I think the arthritis in that hand has sort of improved. I was so impressed I bought a second pair just in case I couldn't be without them. Although my left arm is in better shape, I often wear this pair during the day just for warmth and comfort.
