To be fair, I've only had this for a couple of days, so for its long-term quality, I'll have to wait. What I did want to note at this point is that the plastic encasement is stuck to the mattress covering all the way down one side. It appears the encasement was sealed by heating the plastic and in the process, the plastic stuck to the covering of the mattress. Will it cause failure of the covering? I don't know at this point, but it's a manufacturing problem and needs to be noted. That is the reason for a 4-star as opposed to a 5-star rating.Other than this problem, I'd say it's a good value and if the cover doesn't prematurely fail, I think it will do nicely.
