Review on iVANKY Long Aux Cable, 8ft/2.4M Hi-Fi Sound, Nylon Braided 3.5mm Auxiliary Audio Cable - Red by Kyle Miller

- 4th update (10 months, 6 months on 2nd replacement cord) This is my second replacement with them and unfortunately after 5-6 months of daily use ( I'm sitting on a work table, without passage) the cable must again be deliberately held so that both the left and the right speaker can crawl through. I'm starting to wonder how long this company will offer a lifetime warranty. I hope they keep their word and as I said if they replace the cable I'll update my review. - 3rd Update Upgrade to three stars. I just replied to the last email they sent saying it broke and 2 days later a new one came. They fit snugly to replace bad cables. Do you do this every 2 months? Hopefully they don't have to, and the first two were an accident. - 2nd update (unfortunately) - 4 months later, 2 months after 1st exchange. After 2 months the cable started to fail again. While there's still no visible physical damage, any movement of the cable is heard through the audio as this loud distortion, making it unusable when walking. Also, it now has to be held in the perfect position to get the right sound. For the 2nd umbilical cord break in 2 months, that's not good for Ivanka. I really only have one cable on my desk connected to my computer. Sometimes I would walk around with it connected to my phone, but actually it just sat on my desk. If they still want to send me freebies every 2 months I think I'm ok with that. Maybe I'll upgrade it by a star or two if the replacement fits. - 1st update - After I submitted my last review, a new replacement was on my doorstep without further prompting. It was a pleasant surprise, so the company not only appreciates reading the comment, but also the response. Upgrade to 3 stars. If this cable lasts more than 2 months I'll definitely upgrade it to 4 stars! - Initial review - 2 months after the first cable After only 2 months of use the sound came and went. While the cable is not damaged on the outside, it still needs to be positioned perfectly to get sound for both the left and right earbuds. If you're thinking that "nylon braid" means it's stronger and more durable, I disagree.
