This shoe fits true to size and doesn't feel uncomfortable, comfortable from the start. I have neuropathy on the soles of my feet, nothing negative only positive, I didn't realize I was wearing new shoes. My experience so far is great, I've only had them for a few weeks so I'll report on the durability of the shoe in a few months.
