This is a genuine Ford part. Same part number as my original oil cooler. This is by no means an easy setup, but it can be done from the comfort of your own home. I installed an oil cooler and it works great. The only problem is that the oil filter that came with the kit was ripped right out of the box. I was able to clean up and reuse my old one, so it wasn't a big deal, but it might be for someone not so lucky to keep the old one. Otherwise there are no complaints, the part is original and works perfectly. My delts stay within 4 degrees of each other after installation. Be sure to do a coolant flush and block flush right after installation!
