Lightning is disconnected. It's poor quality although seems durable but when it comes to zippers and keeping everything secure and tight I've had so many issues with it. Poor quality zippers, I need to buy another backpack to replace this one. I can't take it outside because of the zipper. It's a pain in the ass. Not everything that is cheap is good. I immediately regretted buying this backpack. It might look good in the newspaper, it might look good on the website, but when it comes to protecting your luggage or groceries, it's no good.
