Review on 👕 Rowenta DR8120 X-Cel Powerful Handheld Garment Steamer with Stainless Steel Heated Soleplate, 2 Steam Options, 1600-Watts, White by Jose Schweigert

I don't usually write reviews here but I have a lot to say about this machine, I brought it to replace my current steamer "my little steamer" which was low on power and 3 was of the year. Did some research and found this tended to be the best in many reviews which is why it was purchased. Collected on July 29th, delivered on August 4th. When I used it, the differences in vapor output and built-in burner were obvious. I was able to use it about 10 times until I encountered a major issue where the steam stopped working and all the water collected started dripping out of the steam hole. I'm lucky I didn't get burned, but Amazon's return plan has expired and now I have to either do my best to find my local repair center off the beaten path or buy a brand new one from another company because I refuse to buy another Rowenta product. I just wanted a good clothes steamer, not eternal damnation in hell.
