Update: I was able to contact the seller through Revain's Contact Seller feature, which says it is a beta version. They finally agreed to refund my money so I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. $500 items shouldn't have these issues, but I'm glad they fixed it. 3 stars because I will not be buying this mirror again and will probably go to Costco for larger purchases because they make returns so much easier and their customer service is fantastic. Original: We bought this mirror at the very beginning of the renovation process. We installed it and the mirror looked fine. Plugged it in and it won't turn on! The return window is closed and I now have a $500 mirror with no light. I'll try to contact the seller directly but Revain doesn't make it easy!
